About Us

Soul Thieves started as a venture to provide high quality clothing at a price that we would be willing to pay. We are based on the Gold Coast, Queensland and try to reflect the lifestyle we live in most of our products with an aim to bridge the gap between Street, Surf and Skate culture.

 

The aim is to release clothing periodically with items that are seasonal while also having items that aren't bound by seasons. Our designs are screen printed in Australia and plan on keeping it that way.

All designs are ours/our designers own ideas and covered under copyright law. Please don't be an asshole and reproduce them without our permission.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards as payment as well as Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to complete the checkout process.

 

 Shipping and Handling 

All orders will be shipped on the next business day from the day it was ordered.

Delivery time within Australia should take between 2-5 days however this is beyond our control.

International Delivery could take from anywhere between 1 week and 1 month depending on your location.

 

Refunds/Exchange Process

Contact us if you aren't entirely happy with the item you received. We are more than happy to offer you an exchange* if the item doesn't fit, is defective (which we doubt) as long as it is returned in an unworn and unwashed condition. Buyer pays postage at both ends. In the instance where the order was placed during a Sale, a Promotional Code is used, or the desired size is unavailable after return a store credit will be given in place of a refund once the item has been returned.

Item will only be exchanged for the exact same item as ordered, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
